- Robert Hamilton Added 2018-03-03★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We bought a couple of deer antler dog treats at this store. We found the dog didn't like them so we took the unopened ones back. The "manager" wouldn't do the return claiming the CFI agency didn't allow it. Total BS. CFI doesn't regulate pet products in Canada. This store has a real reputation for holding onto your money and refusing returns on any flimsy context. But the wife doesn't stand for this kind of thing and persisted. Eventually after enough arguing we got our refund. Still, I'd stay clear of this place and deal with a more reputable store.
