  I had an appointment for 10:00 am which I showed up for on the dot. I was greeted with who I believe was the manager and she told me to sit down as she was on a phone call with her husband. She then went to help the only other hairdresser on duty with her client which took quite a few minutes. At about 10:15 ish she did say that she was sorry for the wait. I asked her if she was short staffed to which she immediately replied "no," and explained how they had all the staff that was necessary. At this time I was at least thinking I could finally get my haircut, but the phone rang again. It seemed it was either a friend or employee, or both, and after a couple of minutes of talking on the phone, she ran into the back to chat for a while longer. I get you can have busy mornings, but I have never experienced such unprofessional-ism when waiting to get a haircut. Either the manager needs to cut these phone calls short, or she needs more staff.
  
  At this point I had had it, I went down to Chatters and received a much more professional experience. If you're ever in the mall for a haircut, go to Chatters, not Ultracuts.
